Cultural Intelligence training

Cultural Intelligence is the key competency to succeed in today’s international world

The most valuable asset an organization has is its people, and unless they understand how to work in a post-global environment, they and their company cannot succeed in the 21st century. The ability to understand different cultures, to establish relationships and negotiate successfully with diverse stakeholders is central to business growth and success.

What is Cultural Competency?

Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric, said that in the 21st century, the critical determinant of success, is the ability to take hard skill expertise and cross culture with it.
The workplace is constantly changing and organizations are becoming increasingly heterogeneous and diverse.
One of the largest and most important challenges organizations are currently facing is adapting to this diversity. The pressures of a global competitive, uncertain, and volatile economy make creating and sustaining a strong, healthy and effective workplace culture increasingly challenging.
